We like when companies take care of us. That is a fact and I don"t believe that you would be able to find any person who doesn"t like that. We like to feel that we are important and that without us they wouldn"t be able to exist anymore. In some exclusive stores with clothes, you can, for example, get a cup of coffee when you are waiting for your clothes to be packed or when you just want to take a sit and chat with the seller. That is created in order for you to feel comfortable and good in their store. It is really an effective way of keeping the customers interested in your products. I have been a client of a jeweler"s store for a long time. It is run by my friend and it is located near my house so I like to go there as often as I can. Everyone knows me there and recently they have introduced a special scrap gold prices for me. Can you imagine that?
