I would like to have a healthy diet plan
I finally got the point where I am sick of it and I want to change something in order to improve my life, at least a tad. The thing is, I am a little bit overweight and I really dislike it. It is not a major obesity or anything like that, but I would like to get rid of some redundant fat which makes my weight hit the sky. I really would like to change my diet because at this moment, it is not really that good. I do not really cook myself, even though I really like to. I think I ran out of ideas. I tried to cook sometime ago but after a week I realized that it was a waste of time. Frankly speaking, when I am thinking about it now, it was not a waste of time at all. Anyway, now I am eating a lot of junk food at fast food restaurants because it is much more convenient and much faster in general. If I could only find a decent healthy diet plan I would certainly try to follow it so that I would be able to lose some weight. To be honest, losing weight is not the only thing. I simply want to be more healthy than I am. I am aware of the fact that eating as much junk food as I am eating right now can only bring a lot of harm to my body. If I had a healthy diet plan I would become much more healthy and certainly more active. Now, although I am not doing anything in particular, I constantly feel tired. I really have to change it!
